Northwestern Foundation Release

Northwestern Oklahoma State University will acknowledge retiring faculty and staff at a reception April 16 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Those to be honored include: Dr. James Bowen, School of Professional Studies dean; Dr. L. R. DeSecottier, associate professor of psychology; Joyce Garvie, human resources director; Kathy Koch, J. W. Martin Library technical services technician; and Cindy Rich, research/instructional services librarian and assistant professor of library and information services.
