February 15, 2013 -- Students leave Northwestern Oklahoma State University with the knowledge to succeed in a particular field. In their final semester, 23 senior education students have entered area schools to gain hands-on experience student teaching.

January 25, 2012 -- Thirty-three senior education majors at Northwestern Oklahoma State University will begin their student teaching Feb. 6.

October 31, 2011 - Education students from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, who are working on their student teaching this semester, returned to campus to clean the McKeever School – the one-room school house located on campus in Alva.  Each semester students give back to the Education Department by cleaning up the McKeever School.

Education majors at Northwestern Oklahoma State University entered area schools to begin student teaching on Monday, Feb. 7. Forty-five senior education students will be teaching across Oklahoma until May 6.
