An Oklahoma Blood Institute blood drive will take place at the Northwestern Oklahoma State University Enid campus on Feb. 9 in the Enid Commons from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lori Shearer, a senior nursing student from Enid, is organizing the event for a student leadership project.
The names of the donors, including those who try to donate, will be put into a drawing for a chance to win a $50 gift card.
Northwestern-Alva will have a blood drive on Feb. 18 and 19 in the Student Centers Ranger and Wyatt Rooms from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the Woodward campus has scheduled a drive on March 4 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and March 5 from 2 to 7 p.m. in the Woodward commons area.
