The Northwestern Oklahoma State University community recently welcomed Emily Williams as the coordinator of Sponsored Programs.
Williams earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in speech and a master’s degree in counseling psychology both from Northwestern. She previously worked as the services coordinator, therapist and grant writer at Western Plains Youth and Family Services in Woodward and the academic records coordinator in Northwestern’s registrar’s office
The office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) promotes and facilitates scholarly activity at Northwestern by supporting and administering activities related to grant funded programs.
Acting as a liaison between the granting agencies and the University, Williams is available to answer questions from all Northwestern faculty and staff about the grant writing process and perusing external funding.
