A myriad of homecoming activities this week at Northwestern Oklahoma State University will force the cancellation of a Halloween tradition.

Because of the activities, Northwestern’s residence halls will not be able to welcome trick-or-treaters.

Northwestern hopes that residence halls will be able to resume welcoming the candy-loving youngsters again next Halloween.
