The Northwestern Oklahoma State University Institute for Citizenship Studies and Department of Social Sciences is proud to present its annual Constitution Day observance on Monday, Sept. 17, from 1-2 p.m. This year's program is titled "Meet the Signers: The Lives of The Men Who Crafted America's Founding Document."

Held in Vinson Hall in the Alabaster Room, the program is open to all interested persons and is free of charge.
