Dr. Carole McKenzie, associate professor of nursing and chair at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, spoke at the Sigma Theta Tau 21st International Research Conference in Orlando, Fla., in July. Her speech was titled “Comparing Junior and Senior Nursing Students’ Development of Clinical Judgment Utilizing Clinical Simulation.” This presentation was based on research conducted at the Ketterman Lab at Northwestern-Enid. The research was conducted by McKenzie, Dr. James Bowen, school of professional studies dean, and Sherrie Craig, instructor of nursing.
