    • COST is $80; pay in Business Office prior to the exam.
    • Paid receipt and two forms of ID (including a photo ID) are required at time of check-in.
    • Testing is in Lab 216 at NWOSU-Enid.
    • Late entries are not allowed after testing has begun..
    • Students must pre-register to take the exam.
    • Space is limited, so register early.
