The workshop will be held at Northwestern-Alva on June 11-14.

    March 13, 2012 -- The Northwestern Oklahoma State University Institute for Citizenship Studies and the Department of Social Sciences proudly announces its annual Presidential Lecture Series for 2012. This year’s topic will be “Herbert Hoover – President and Humanitarian.” The program will be held on Monday, April 2, at 7 p.m. at the Graceful Arts Center located at 523 Barnes Street in downtown Alva.
