Dr. Karen Linstrum, assistant professor of psychology, presented at the Texas Counseling Association (TCA) Annual Growth Conference. The TCA conference was held in November. Linstrum’s presentation, titled “Self-esteem and Reading to Animals,” was selected via peer review committee for the conference. She also was awarded a Distinguished Service Award for her previous work within the TCA.
