Abraham Lincoln: An Enduring American Symbol

This event will feature a discussion between Dr. Aaron Mason, Northwestern Oklahoma State University Assistant Professor of Political Science and Dr. Michael Burlingame, Professor Emeritus of History from Connecticut College. Professor Burlingame has authored almost a dozen books on Lincoln's life. The discussion will present information regarding Lincoln and his significance as President and now his significance as an enduring American symbol.
