The Northwestern Foundation & Alumni Association is pleased to announce the addition of Tandy Keenan to its staff. Keenan joins the organization as its Relationship Manager. She is responsible for the development, marketing and management of donor relations and the stewardship program. The relationship manager is also the primary staff member responsible for contracts, relationships and expectations of donors after they have made a gift.
“We are excited to have Tandy on our team,” said Skeeter Bird, Northwestern Foundation & Alumni Association CEO. “Her skills and talents are going to help take our fundraising accomplishments to new levels. Given the current state budget, it has never been more critical to have a group of professionals working together to find new funding to support the success of our students.”
Keenan is a 2002 graduate of Oklahoma Panhandle State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in English and a Bachelor’s of Science in biology. She previously worked for the Northwest Center for Behavioral Health and Alabaster Caverns State Park. She has diverse experience, ranging from positions as a proposal and grant writer to a biological researcher. She currently volunteers with the Oklahoma City Herpetological & Invertebrate Society and is an active member of the local organization, Creature Concerns, Inc.
Keenan and her husband, Clayton, currently reside north of Waynoka.
