Kan, Romero to present two-piano performance

Dr. Ling-Yu (Alice) Kan, assistant professor of music, will be recreating the sounds of Shostakovich, Mozart, Brahms and Rachmaninoff in Herod Hall Auditorium at Northwestern Oklahoma State University during a free two-piano concert on Thursday, April 15, at 7:30 p.m. Kan will be performing with her piano teacher, Gustavo Romero.

This event is free and open to the public.

Kan is actively performing as a soloist and collaborative artist. She received her fundamental musical training in Taiwan.

Romero performed with the New York Philharmonic at the age of 13. He currently serves as the professor of piano at the University of North Texas.
