Welcome to Northwestern Oklahoma State University!

As you’re searching for a university that will fulfill both your academic and financial needs, we hope you find our university to be everything that you’ve been looking for.

Northwestern serves its students at three campus locations – Alva, the home campus that offers the most traditional college experience; Enid and Woodward. The Enid campus offers upper division and master’s level classes, while the Woodward campus, which is located in a brand new building, serves all levels of students.

For the Spring 2016 semester, Northwestern is serving 95 international students who represent 19 countries.

Although as an international student you do not qualify for state (Oklahoma) or federal (U.S. Government) financial assistance programs, you are eligible for scholarships and tuition waivers from Northwestern. New international students are now guaranteed a $3,000 out-of-state tuition waiver that is only available to international students. For more information, please visit our Scholarships page.

The ability to understand, speak, read and write English effectively is most important for any student wishing to study at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, because all lectures and examinations are conducted in English. More information is available in the International Student Admission Handbook.

Northwestern is a great place to earn a quality and affordable education. We hope you choose our University to further your education.
