The Northwestern Oklahoma State University Foundation announces the addition of Susan Holliday to its staff. Holliday has joined the Northwestern Foundation as relationship manager and is responsible for increasing the size and quantity of Northwestern’s gifts through better identification, cultivation, and stewardship of Northwestern’s current and potential donors.
“We are extremely pleased to have Susan on board,” said Skeeter Bird, Northwestern Foundation CEO. “She fits well with our very cohesive team of talented professionals, and the timing could not be better. As the economy continues to improve, we expect her talents will become a valuable asset in the goal of securing more funds for the university and its students.”
Holliday most recently worked as a loan coordinator at the Northwestern Oklahoma State University Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships. Prior to coming to Northwestern, she was employed in Student Affairs/Student Services at the University of Kentucky where she focused on growing a scholarship program for first generation students, coordinating the mentor and community service programs, and assisting with programming and fundraising events.
Holliday earned her bachelor’s degree in family and consumer science from the University of Kentucky and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in adult education management and administration at Northwestern. Her husband, Shawn, is the associate dean of graduate studies at Northwestern, and her daughter, Courtney, is a sophomore at Northwestern.
