Have You Heard?

It's Games Daze at NWOSU Libraries during National Games Week, Nov. 16 - 24.

The Alva, Enid and Woodward campus libraries will all be participating and giving away a Wii gaming system during a random drawing at the end of the challenge!  During the week and a half before Thanksgiving, come to any of the campus libraries and play a game against an opponent.  If you win the game you play (be it giant checkers or cup stacking) you are eligible to enter the drawing for the Wii gaming system.

Participating students are welcome to play as many games as many times as they like to, but only winners of the games can enter the drawing.

The Alva Campus will host Games Daze Nov. 16-24.  All games will be available every day.

The Enid Campus will be playing games Nov. 16-20 & Nov. 23-24.

The Woodward Campus will play games Nov. 18.

Current Northwestern Students who win a game will be eligible to enter the drawing for the Wii.  If the game involves a group of students, then each member of the group will have his or her name entered.  Both Alva and Enid/Woodward are giving away a separate Wii to the students who enter the drawing on that campus.

More information on Games Daze is available through the library staff members.  Call Alva at 580-327-8574 or Enid at 580-213-3141 with questions or for more information.
