EDUC 5010 Graduate Study Seminar

EDUC 5010 Graduate Study Seminar, General Info:

• THREE sessions are scheduled; students need to attend only ONE session.
• The seminar is required of ALL graduate students during the semester of their 10th hour of graduate work.
• Each session begins at 9:00 a.m. and concludes at noon (or thereabouts).
• MCP students will attend only the first half of the session; MED students will attend the entire session and will develop their graduate portfolios during the second half of the session.
• MED students MUST PURCHASE a LiveText account in the NWOSU bookstore prior to the session; the LiveText system houses the web-based graduate portfolios. BOOKSTORES ARE NOT OPEN ON THE DAYS OF THESE SESSIONS!
• MCP students do NOT need to purchase a LiveText account, since they have no portfolio requirement.
• There is no additional textbook required; all other information will be provided.

SPRING 2009 sessions are scheduled as follows:

• January 10, Alva campus, EC 101
• January 17, Enid campus
• January 24, Woodward campus

SUMMER 2009 sessions are scheduled as follows:

• June 5, Alva campus, EC 101
• June 12, Enid campus
• June 19, Woodward campus

FALL 2009 sessions are scheduled as follows:

• August 15, Alva campus, EC 101
• August 22, Enid campus
• August 29, Woodward campus
