More than 150 students graced the campus at Northwestern Oklahoma State University for Freshman Connection on April 14. Brad Franz, vice president for student affairs and enrollment management, said there were a total of 318 people who attended Freshman Connection 2010.

“We had an excellent turnout,” Franz said.

“I would like to recognize and thank Northwestern’s faculty and staff members who worked hard to make this event a success. We appreciate all the support from campus, and it was fun to have such a great kick off for our incoming freshman.”

This group of students will be back on campus to attend Freshman Orientation on Saturday, Aug.14. Freshman Orientation activities will take place from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., beginning in Herod Hall Auditorium then breaking out to different areas on the Alva campus.
