Continuing Room and Board Contract

TO TERMINATE YOUR CONTRACT and be eligible to receive your deposit, fill out sections A and B and sign your name at the bottom of the retention form.
TO CONTINUE YOUR CONTRACT for the Spring semester, fill out section A, C, & D and sign the bottom of the contract.

Section A: Student Information

Section B (cancel my contract for the spring semester) **If you wish to remain on the meal plan, a separate contract must be filled out in the Housing or Business Office

Section C: Housing Preferences (continue my contract for the Spring semester) I realize I may be charged for a private room if I fail to find a roommate, do not wish to move to another room, am unable to get along with my assigned roommate, or fail to complete the agreement correctly. If you want to change your meal plan, please inform the Director of Students or Business Office as soon as possible.

Section D: Please choose the room and board package for the spring semester.
