Bridge Program: Application for Dual Admission

(For best results, please fill out this form using the Google Chrome Browser.)

Along with the submission of this application, you must provide the NWOSU-Alva Registrar's Office with official transcripts from ALL schools previously attended. If transferring with fewer than 24 credit hours, a high school transcript and ACT or SAT scores are also required.

All Bridge Program students transferring from NOC also must complete the Transfer Scholarship Application by July 15 and provide verification of your cumulative grade point average for best consideration.

Students can be admitted to the program at any time prior to receiving an associate's degree and should meet either the freshman or transfer admission criteria of Northwestern depending on number of hours of college credit completed at the time of application. Course enrollment and programs and services for dual students are available based on the semester calendar.

Transcripts may be sent to:

electronically: tlwarren@nwosu.edu or sklahr@nwosu.edu (note: electronic transcripts cannot be forwarded by students; they must come directly from the issuing institution)
mail: Registrar's Office, NWOSU, 709 Oklahoma Blvd., Alva, OK 73717
