    Nov. 10, 2011 - The Northwestern Oklahoma State University men’s basketball team is headed to Woodward Wednesday, Nov. 16, for the Ranger Roundball Classic, and Northwestern alumni and friends are invited to a pregame reception in the Woodward High School Media Center.

  • OKC Roundball Roundup set for March 3

    The Northwestern Oklahoma State University men’s basketball team is headed to the Sooner Athletic Conference tournament Thursday, March 3, and the Northwestern Alumni Association invites Ranger alumni, fans and parents to celebrate before the game. The OKC Roundball Roundup will be held at Rococo Restaurant and Fine Wine at 7 p.m. and will wrap up prior to the game’s 9:45 p.m. tipoff at Abe Lemmons Arena.

  • Ranger men's basketball team visits Lincoln Elementary

    Members of Northwestern Oklahoma State University’s Ranger men’s basketball team were the guests of Lincoln Elementary School in Alva recently. Team members, along with head coach Andrew Brown, assistant coach Shane Hansen and graduate assistant Kris Johnson, shared with the fourth and fifth graders information about the Champions of Character program within the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).

    Non-perishable food items will be collected for the local food bank as basketball fans enter Percefull Fieldhouse Monday, Nov. 23, for a double-header “Blackout” event at Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
  • 'Blackout' planned in Percefull Fieldhouse for Nov. 23 hoops games

    Northwestern Oklahoma State University hopes to turn Percefull Fieldhouse into the “Black Sea” on Nov. 23 when the Rangers play host to Oklahoma Christian for a Sooner Athletic Conference doubleheader. As part of the school’s “Blackout” festivities, all Ranger fans are encouraged to wear black clothing, paint their faces and bring signs to the game, and Northwestern will help in that cause by giving the first 700 fans free black Ranger Nation t-shirts.
  • Northwestern Alumni Association to host 'Tulsa Roundball Roundup' Nov. 16

    The Northwestern Oklahoma State University Alumni Association will host a pre-game reception for all Tulsa area alumni and friends when Northwestern visits the Oral Roberts University Golden Eagles on Monday, Nov. 16. The reception will be held in the Falls Lounge inside the Hilton Tulsa Southern Hills.
  • 'Hoop It Up with the Rangers' scheduled in Enid Nov. 3

    Northwestern Oklahoma State University Ranger sports fans are in for a treat. The Northwestern Ranger Men’s basketball team is opening up their basketball season against the College of the Ozarks inside the Mabee Center on the Enid Campus of Northern Oklahoma College November 3rd. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. The event is hosted by the Greater Enid Northwestern Alumni Task Force.
  • Alumni Association plans fan bus to basketball national tournament

    The Northwestern Oklahoma State University Alumni Association is taking reservations from Ranger basketball fans to ride a chartered bus to the Men’s NAIA National Tournament in Kansas City, Mo.
