Dr. Rufus Fears, professor of classics at the University of Oklahoma, will begin a free lecture series on Monday, Sept. 14, at Montgomery Hall at Northern Oklahoma College-Enid. This lecture series will be offered through a partnership between Northwestern Oklahoma State University and several other entities.
