Schedule an Event/Add Event to Calendars
To schedule an event at Northwestern, please complete a reservation form. If you need to reserve the Herod Hall Auditorium, please complete the Herod Hall Auditorium reservation form. If you need to reserve the Alabaster Room reservation form. If you have questions, contact the event coordinator at the campus on which the event is planned.
These forms are used to place your event on the University's web Calendar of Events, as well as to help event planners know what rooms have already been scheduled when looking for locations and dates. The form also provides information for events to be placed on the Student Events Calendar on the university's home page.
All events, regardless of room locations, should go through the reservation process. If the room requested is already in use for the date and time you have selected, you will be notified that a change needs to be made. Also, if an event does not go through the reservation process, it is more difficult to know that it may need to be posted to the Student Events Calendar.
