Dr. Hannaford came to Northwestern Oklahoma State University from Ponca City, Oklahoma where he served as high school principal. He earned both his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Dr. Hannaford received his Ed.D from Walden University in 2010. He has received certification from the State Board of Education in the following areas: School Superintendent, Secondary Principal, World History, American History, and Oklahoma History. A native of Alva, Dr. Hannaford is excited about returning home. “Alva is my home and Northwestern is my home. I am so fortunate to be part of such a great institution and work with quality people. We will continue to work hard to produce the best teachers in the state.”
