Cunningham signs domestic violence proclamation

Dr. Janet Cunningham, university president, signs a proclamation at the Domestic Violence Awareness Month tree dedication ceremony at Northwestern Oklahoma State University last month. Joining Cunningham is Sandra Harmon, violence prevention coordinator. The tree, donated by the Northwest Domestic Violence Center, was planted in remembrance of the past survivors, and honors the individuals who died in acts of domestic violence.
