The Ranger Dugout Club has been able to provide many contributions to Ranger baseball with gracious donations. Below is a list and pictures of what the club has purchased to benefit the baseball program.

- $5,000 donation to Vision for Victory to aid in the help of Myers Stadium
- Sound system complete with outside speakers, Ipod, receiver, mixer and microphone
- Myers Stadium VIP Suite - complete 27' x 9' suite with surround sound, leather couch and chairs, barstools, refrigerator, Myers Stadium Dedication Ceremony Memorabilia, digital picture frame, etc.
- Flooring for Locker Room
- Yearly gifts to graduating seniors
- Alumni baseball game supplies
- Flip HD Video Cameras for recruiting and used as a practice tool
