    ALVA, Okla. - The "Give Us 5" promotion, put on by the Northwestern Oklahoma State University Student Athlete Advisory Committee, was a great success as the student-athletes collected over 600 pounds of canned food to be donated to the Alva Wesleyan Church Food Bank.

    ALVA, Okla. - The Northwestern Oklahoma State University softball team is doing their part to raise awareness on Scleroderma, an autoimmune disorder, with a "Strikeout Scleroderma" day scheduled for Monday, April 2. The special day will take place in conjunction with the team's doubleheader against Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College. The games will begin at 2 p.m.
