ANAHEIM, Calif. – The Northwestern cheerleading squad finished in fifth place at the 2011 USA Collegiate Cheerleading and Dance Championships. The two-day competition, beginning on Saturday, Feb. 26 and ending on Sunday, Feb. 27 was held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif.

ANAHEIM, Calif. – The Northwestern cheerleading squad finished in the top five of 10 teams in Saturday’s preliminary round at the 2011 Collegiate Cheerleading and Dance Championships held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif.

The NAIA Regional Cheerleading competition that was rescheduled for Saturday, Feb. 12 in Oklahoma City at the Cox Convention Center has been cancelled due to weather. There will not be a makeup date.

ALVA, Okla. – The Northwestern cheerleading squad will be heading to Oklahoma City on Saturday, Feb. 5 to compete in the first ever NAIA regional competition. The competition will begin at 5 p.m. at the Cox Convention Center.
