Important Information From
Human Resources
Students wanting on-campus jobs should contact the
Career Services Office at 327-8606 for help with finding a job.
However, before going to work, workers must be
processed by Financial Aid and Human Resources Room 102 Herod Hall (Alva Campus), Financial
Aid Room 113 Herod Hall, Business Office (Enid Campus), or Dean Fisher's Office (Woodward
Campus).
Financial Aid: Call 327-8541 (Alva Campus),
213-3107 (Enid Campus), or 256-0047 (Woodward Campus) for more information.
Human Resources: If you've been on Northwestern's payroll in
the past 3 years, you can be processed by calling 327-8530 or 8531 for
address/marital status/w-4 checkup.
New hires (anyone not on NW payroll in last
3 years): Human Resources will need to see your driver's license and Social Security
card as part of the necessary paperwork signup before a Work
Agreement can be issued by Financial Aid. If you have lost your Social Security card,
apply immediately with the Social Security Administration for a
replacement. It takes approximately 2 weeks for a U.S. citizen to get a
new card. Human Resources has a supply of SS-5 Social Security card
replacement forms, or you can
go to the Internet at http://www.ssa.gov/ssnumber.
