Explain the act of kindness that was significantly above and beyond the requirements::  Becky always has a positive attitude and is willing to go above and beyond for others. Some specific examples include creating a diaper cake for my baby's baby shower, directing me to the proper person (people) anytime I need assistance, and reminding our faculty members about upcoming deadlines and tasks that need to be accomplished. Becky's actions are definitely congruent with the Ranger "Spirit" that our university desires.
