Explain the act of kindness that was significantly above and beyond the requirements:: Dean is very friendly, he always has a smile and takes extreme pride in what he does. Furthermore he takes care of the bottom floor in Jesse Dunn and the traffic there does not always have clean shoes! I have never seen anything on the floor and I believe he is prideful and mindful of his work. I believe his friendliness and workmanship make him very deserving of recognition.
