Cost of Attending

Tuition and fees will be assessed based on the courses for which students register.  NOC tuition, fees and other services will be assessed and billed by NOC.  NWOSU tuition, fees and other services will be assessed and billed by NWOSU.

Due dates and collection efforts shall be handled by each institution in accordance with its rules, policies and academic calendars.
