Brad Henry International Scholar Chanti White receives social work pin

Rae Wilson (right), director of field education, presents Chanti White, a Brad Henry International Scholar, her professional social work pin she picked up her official Northwestern Oklahoma State University transcript. White spent the spring semester in Wales at Swansea University. She completed 50 credit hours at Swansea in courses related to social work, an equivalency of 15 credit hours from Northwestern. She experienced another country’s social services, the history and policies of social services. She reported on the differences and similarities of social service system delivery between Oklahoma and Wales. One distinct difference was in the area of crime victims’ rights. White graduated from Northwestern in May.
