Using Course Content Menu Buttons
Note: To enable closed captioning of the videos, use Window Media Player and from the menu click Play, then Captions & Subtitles, and make sure "Captions" is selected. Also, on the menu click View and make sure that "Full Mode" is selected.
On the left frame of the Blackboard course site is a column of navigation buttons that will take you to various areas of the course for the syllabus, lectures, study guides, assignments, and so on. Inside each of those areas are documents and course materials for you to access. The appearance of the course content buttons will vary from one course to another, as will the text on the buttons. Below are two examples of how the course content buttons might look. The Course Map will reveal the titles of all folders and documents inside the course content areas.
