    February 7, 2013 -- Alpha Sigma Alpha members at Northwestern Oklahoma State University are trying to raise funds to help pay for District Days in Dallas. In order to help fund the trip, they have reserved the Ranger and Wyatt Rooms for a chili luncheon and silent auction on Sunday, Feb. 17, from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

  • Holiday store for children, photos with Santa, gift catalog among Art Society fundraisers

    A unique opportunity is scheduled for Alva and area youngsters on Dec. 11 at Northwestern Oklahoma State University – a Holiday Gift Store set up just for kids in the Student Center Ranger Room from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The NWOSU Art Society (NAS) is offering the gift store as a way for children to be able to purchase holiday gifts for loved ones, friends and pets without having to spend a lot of money.

  • NWOSU Art Society raising funds for annual art show

    The Northwestern Oklahoma State University Art Society (NAS) has kicked off its annual fall fundraiser to help the group raise prize money for the April art show. Purchasers may view items via an online store or browse through the pages of a print catalog. More than 200 gift and food items are available with a number of items being $10 or less. A handful of items may differ between the print catalog and online store.
  • NWOSU Homecoming Association offering fans chance to watch the Rangers in style

    Fans who want to watch Northwestern Oklahoma State University’s football team battle Black Hills State University on Sept. 12, can do so in style and help raise money to benefit the Alva-Northwestern Homecoming Association. The Association is offering use of the air-conditioned president’s suite at Ranger Field for the game, along with 10 complimentary game tickets, 10 VIP parking passes, refreshments in the suite and a catered meal courtesy of the Rowdy Rangers.
