PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Dr. Goddard helped develop the Reach Higher program from the very first meeting and has taught with the Reach Higher program since the first semester classes were offered. In addition, Dr. Goddard has taught for Northwestern Oklahoma State University since 1992 as a full-time tenured professor of The Division of Business. Also, she served as Chair of the Division of Business for 7 years before retiring back to the classroom full-time. Prior to 1992, Dr. Goddard was a high school business teacher and worked in real estate, insurance, and sales. In addition, her experience includes being owner/operator of her own brick and mortar business and her own E-Commerce business.Dr. Goddard is also the recipient of numerous awards including: Outstanding BEA Professor 2005 – 2006, "Women of Recognition 2005 - Educational Development" American Association of University Women, “Outstanding Enid Educator” Enid News & Eagle March 28, 2000, “Teacher of the Year for Senior Colleges and Universities” Oklahoma Business Education Association, October 15, 1998 and “American Business Women’s Citation” Enid 1984.
