Collins, Butler & Co., P.C., presented Cathryn Hutcherson, Enid senior, with a $1,000 scholarship on Nov. 10, for being the outstanding accounting student at Northwestern Oklahoma State University - Enid.
To be eligible for the scholarship the candidate must be from the Enid area, a senior or junior in accounting, and plan to remain in the Enid area for work upon graduation.
Attending the presentation and lunch from Collins, Butler & Co., P.C., were shareholders Ross Dillon, Dennis Lakely, Jim Trojan, Cheryl Bryan; and Katie McCants, staff accountant. Faculty from Northwestern in attendance were Dr. Kathy Harris, professor of business and e-commerce and Business, E-Commerce and Agriculture Department chair ; Dr. Jerry Gustafson, professor of e-commerce; Mark Pippin, instructor of business; Teri Allen, instructor of business; and Dana Roark, instructor of business.
Hutcherson’s guests were Nancy Allred, vice president of accounting; and Kelly Russell, controller, from Complete Production Services.
