Paul Salos, “the voice of Sinatra,” will be the first performance of the Northwest Oklahoma Concert Series on Tuesday, Sept. 20, at 7:30 p.m. in Northwestern Oklahoma State University’s Herod Hall Auditorium.
Salos made the list as one of the top six finalists on America’s Got Talent in 2008.
