Explain the act of kindness that was significantly above and beyond the requirements::  Becky always has a positive attitude and is willing to go above and beyond for others. Some specific examples include creating a diaper cake for my baby's baby shower, directing me to the proper person (people) anytime I need assistance, and reminding our faculty members about upcoming deadlines and tasks that need to be accomplished. Becky's actions are definitely congruent with the Ranger "Spirit" that our university desires.

Work relationship to nominated employee: I would like to nominate Travis Biaggi for Campus Kudos.  He goes above and beyond in the Recruitment Office and I don't know if he understands how much he is appreciated.  He created our database where we keep several thousand contacts and has to continuously maintain this batabase.  He keeps up with his high schools and is always there to help others!!

Work relationship to nominated employee: We are all instructors on campus and use the Wellness Center frequently. We are also all on a team participating in Biggest Loser, which Lendi coordinates.

Explain the act of kindness that was significantly above and beyond the requirements: We think Lendi deserves recognition for her efforts in organizing the NWOSU edition of The Biggest Loser. This is the second year of the event, and the participation has increased a lot since last year. Lendi is always friendly, positive and helpful concerning issues of health and wellness. She is a great motivator and is helping to make our campus a healthier one.  We think coordinating this event and assuring that it runs so well is something above and beyond her regular duties. She is getting more people to participate in a healthy lifestyle. Kudos, Lendi!

Sabrina did a tremendous job in helping us get 15 new students enrolled for the spring semester. Without her help before, during, and after the winter break, we would have been unable to have such a great group of student-athletes added to our football program. Sabrina and the entire recruitment office help to make our jobs easier when it comes to recruiting and retaining student-athletes.
