The Non-Exempt Staff Positions Application can be sent to your e-mail address so you can complete it with a typewriter or fill out in ink. Just send a request via e-mail to: amwhiteneck@nwosu.edu or call 580-327-8143. All versions of the application must be printed and sent to NWOSU Human Resources Office so we will have a live signature on file. Finalists for any temporary/permanent full-time/part-time staff positions must successfully pass a background check before we can make a final offer. Call 580-327-8530 for more information. In compliance with federal law, all new hires will be asked to sign an acknowledgement that they have read and understand the Drug-free Policy Statement. DIRECT DEPOSIT State law (74 O.S. 292.12) requires all state agencies-- such as NWOSU-- to enroll every employee in the Direct Deposit program. Employees who do not have a Social Security card should immediately go to a Social Security Office to apply for one. This can also be done by mail. Full-time employees complete the necessary insurance and/or retirement forms at the time of hire in the Human Resources Office.
