    Improving healthy living habits tend to be a New Year’s resolution for most people, and Shawna Bivin, director of the J.R. Holder Wellness Center at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, is starting the year off right by receiving the 2010 Certificate of Merit for her efforts in promoting healthy living to Northwestern employees and the community.
