October 7, 2011 - Northwestern Oklahoma State University will formally dedicate the new Wisdom Agriculture Education Center during ceremonies at the facility on Friday, Oct. 14.

Members from Northwestern Oklahoma State University’s collegiate chapter of the Oklahoma Farm Bureau Young Farmers & Ranchers (YF&R) attended the American Farm Bureau Federation’s National Leadership Conference in Tulsa, and six students represented Northwestern at the event.

Northwestern Oklahoma State University agriculture instructor and University Farm manager Steve Sneary was named the Oklahoma Farm Bureau Agriculture Discussion Meet State Champion and was awarded with the use of a new 2010 Dodge Dakota Crew Cab pickup for one year.

Legislators, regents and local leaders joined officials from Northwestern Oklahoma State University on Dec. 17, as they broke ground on a new building to serve its growing agriculture education program.
