November 29, 2011 - On Tuesday, Nov. 29, at 7:30 p.m., the Northwestern Oklahoma State University Chorale and Singers will perform a Holiday Concert, conducted by Dr. Irene Messoloras, assistant professor of music and chair of Fine Arts. This concert will take place at the First United Methodist Church, located at 626 College in Alva.

Annual holiday music concerts presented by the Department of Fine Arts at Northwestern Oklahoma State University will begin on Thursday, Dec. 2, at 7:30 p.m., as the University Singers and University Chorale perform at the Zion Lutheran Church in Alva. These events are free and open to the public.

Members of the University Chorale at Northwestern Oklahoma State University have been named a semi-finalist for The American Prize song competition. The Chorale’s director and chair of the Department of Fine Arts, Dr. Stephen Kingsbury, was named as a semi-finalist in the choral conducting category.

On Sunday, April 25, members of University Singers and Chorale at Northwestern Oklahoma State University will perform at Alva’s First Presbyterian Church, 629 Church St., from 2-3:30 p.m.

Join the University Singers and University Chorale of Northwestern Oklahoma State University on Monday, March 8, at 7:30 p.m., in the Commons area of the Enid Campus, as they present a program of works that celebrate twilight and the coming darkness.

Members of the University Chorale and concert choir at Northwestern Oklahoma State University will present a program on Friday, Oct. 9, from 7:30-9 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, located at 629 Church St.

Northwestern Oklahoma State University’s Fine Arts Department will present a concert featuring the University Singers and University Chorale Thursday, March 12, at 7:30 p.m. in Herod Hall Auditorium in Alva. The program is free of charge and open to the public.
