
Dr. Seay received his doctorate in Educational Administration from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma, his Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Oklahoma City Campus, and his Master’s degree in Elementary Education and Bachelors’ degree in Elementary/Early Childhood Education from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma. His background provides a multitude of experience at all levels of education: a public school teacher for six years, a school administrator for 11 years, a Director of Academic Affairs for three years, and currently the Chair for the Division of Education. He holds certifications from the State Department of Education in Oklahoma for Superintendent, Elementary Principal, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Middle School Language Arts, Math, and Social Studies.
In addition, Dr. Seay serves as the head of the unit for Northwestern Oklahoma State University Division of Education. He developed the Educational Leadership program for NWOSU and is a national evaluator for ELCC, the learned society for Educational Leadership programs. Dr. Seay is active in the community in which he resides. He and his wife, Darolyn, have 5 children.
