Professor Shelby Hall is the Director of Social Work Field Education and an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Northwestern Oklahoma State University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Social Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master's of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Oklahoma focused in Administration and Community Practice. Professor Hall’s areas of practice are: domestic violence and sexual assault, child abuse and neglect, teen pregnancy, and effective macro practice strategy and delivery.
Professor Hall is a consultant for local non-profits and government agencies specifically regarding funding strategies, program design, and assessment and evaluation. She also sits on several community coalitions.
