NWOSU Business Incubator

What IS a "business incubator"? It is an entity that supports the entrepreneurial process and offers assistance to increase survival rates for innovative startup companies or expanding firms.

Created in 2002, the NWOSU Business Incubator serves northwest Oklahoma by providing an environment and resources in a university setting conducive for business start up and expansion. These resources include:

   ► Affordable space with flexible leases
   ►  Access to business experts for assistance with business plans, financing,    marketing, accounting, and legal issues
   ►  Orchestrated exposure to critical business or technical support services
   ► Shared office services
   ►  Access to equipment
   ► High speed Internet access
   ►  State income tax exemption
   ► And more !!!

Located on the Alva campus, our Business Incubator enhances economic development in northwest Oklahoma by offering NWOSU's professional and physical resources to aid entrepreneurs and small business owners. Our strategy is to assist in the successful development and expansion of firms by providing a rich setting with concentrated opportunities to become viable operations or to expand operations. We offer incubator space in Shockley Hall and Vinson Hall to meet specific client needs. Our goal is to foster good business practices with each client.
