Welcome to the Northwestern Oklahoma State University chapter of the American Association of University Professors. 

AAUP's mission is "to advance academic freedom and shared governance; to define fundamental professional values and standards for higher education; and to ensure higher education's contribution to the common good. We were founded in 1915, and membership is open to college and university faculty members, administrators, graduate students, and the general public."
