The Northwestern Oklahoma State University’s baseball team’s three-game series with Wayland Baptist University (Tex.) has been pushed back to a Saturday start. Due to winds gusts in excess of 50 miles per hour and high wind warnings, the doubleheader originally scheduled for Friday, Apr. 15, has been pushed back to Saturday, Apr. 16.
The two teams will meet for the first pitch of the series at 1 p.m. at Myers Stadium on Saturday and play two games. The final game of the series will be in a single nine inning game on Sunday, Apr. 17.
Northwestern’s game that was schedule with the University of Science and Arts for Sunday has been postponed. A makeup date will be announced at a later date.
