2008 (Junior): Was the top pitcher with three wins in 14 starts... Pitched the most of any Ranger, throwing 69 innings... Led the team in earned run average (8.22), wins (3), complete games (3) and stikeouts (54)... Recorded wins over Sterling (Kan.), College of the Ozarks and Mid-America Christian... Was 11th in the Sooner Athletic Conference in innings pitched per game (4.93) and 16th in batters struck out per game (7.04)... Had a team high and tied a personal best of 10 strike outs against Mid-America Christian at Ranger Field... Threw complete games against No. 6 Oklahoma City, Mid-America Christian and against No. 11 Wayland Baptist... Ranked seventh in the conference with 5.23 innings pitched per game and ranked eighth in strikouts per game with 4.54 strikeouts per game...Two of his five complete games were nine-inning shutout wins over Wayland Baptist and St. Gregory’s... Also defeated Oklahoma Panhandle State, USAO and Oklahoma Baptist (during the conference tournament)... Awarded the SAC Pither of the Week and Region VI Pitcher of the Week from April 2-8, throwing a complete-game, nine-inning, 3-0 shutout over Wayland Baptist, striking out ten batters, giving up six hits and didn’t issue a walk in 32 batters faced... Won the SAC Conference Gold Glove as a pitcher...

2006 (Freshman): One of two freshman pitchers on the staff to receive a start... Compiled a 1-0 record after a 13-1 complete game, five inning, run-rule win over Dordt (Iowa) College... Also pitched five innings against Oklahoma Baptist in relief... Made nine appearances, including three against Oklahoma Baptist... Threw 21 innings and allowed opponents to hit .322 against him... Posted a 7.29 earned run average... 

High School: Was 5-2 on the mound his senior year for Chisholm High School... Helped lead the Longhorns as a utility player to three District Championships (2002, 2003 and 2005)... Selected for Who’s Who Among American High School Students...
