Charlie Moore (front row in center), a senior from Harrisonville High School in Harrisonville, Mo., signed a letter of intent to join the Northwestern Oklahoma State University rodeo team. He was joined at the signing by his parents Lisa and Steve Moore, also in the front row, and by rodeo coach Tim Kolb. Charlie will compete in calf roping in the upcoming season.
